Amendments policy

To amend a booking, please send an email to warisanhotelkk@gmail.com

• Amendments made within 48 hours of check-in will incur an administration charge of RM 50 per booking.
• The Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any cancellation fees due.

 Cancellation Policy

• There shall be no refund for any cancellation of the reservation.
• No refunds or credit for no-shows or non-utilized confirmed room nights will be issued.
• Changes or transferability of confirmed booking names are not permitted.
• Specific terms & conditions are applicable for group bookings confined to 10 rooms and above.  Please get in touch with the required hotels for more information.
